Steve Baric is a seasoned trial attorney. Mr. Baric has tried over 100 cases including serious felonies in both state and federal courts. As a former Orange County Gang Prosecutor, Mr. Baric prosecuted the toughest hard core criminal street gangs as a member of the TARGET gang task force. In 2005, he was honored with the prestigious Diligent Prosecutor award by Mothers Against Drunk Driving.

Mr. Baric is also experienced in appellate advocacy having argued several cases before the California Courts of Appeal. In 2008, Mr. Baric organized a group of legislators filing a lawsuit to prevent the early release of 50,000 violent felons. This case was argued in the United States Supreme Court.
